Booking and payment

 

  • The reservation is guaranteed by the advance of a downpayment of € 150,00

 

  • A lease is signed, with which the residence rules are handed over

  • At the signing of the contract takes place the payment of the 1st rent + security deposit of the same amount

 

  • the downpayment of € 150,00 is deducted from the payment of the first rent.

FAQs
What is a security deposit?

 

  • Security deposit is a guaranty amount set by igethome. It is not a rent, but it can be equivalent to the value of one rent.

  • This amount is retained by igethome until checkout, by checklist verification, and is fully refunded to the client unless there are any anomalies / damages / losses, due to bad use by the client and that will compensate the replacement costs.

Does igethome guive a receipt?

  • Yes. igetHOME is 100% law compliant.

 
Am I allowed to receive any visits?
  • Each additional user means a reduction in the comfort of the other users of the residence, as well as higher costs of their use of the common parts.

 

  • Igethome has established the possibility of visits without additional payment, provided they do not exceed 2 nights per month.

 

  • Any additional use will be charged on the next rent as an extra.

 

 

 
Are the residences for both genders?

 

  • Yes. There is no distinction between male and female. Use of common sense is encouraged to safeguard privacy between genders.

 

Do the residences mix professionals and students?

  • No. igetHOME has student-only residences (igetHOME COLLEGE), just as it has residences for professionals only (igetHOME CORPORATE)

Can I reserve outside of the pre-defined periods? (igetHOME College only)

  • As long as the full period payment is assured (semester), igethome does not impose a check in or checkout date

  • The periods can be consulted in the policy (above)

 

 

 

 

Can I book on vacation time (July and August)? (College only)

  • In the holiday months the prices charged are different from the school periods. Talk to us
